The site presents CEMB’s research, academic programmes, services, news and notices. We take care to keep it accurate and current, but some content is provided for general information and may change without notice.

Admissions, schedules, fees, tenders, careers notices and other time-sensitive information should always be checked against the latest official notice from CEMB or the University of the Punjab before you act on it.

You may browse the site, download documents we offer for download, and share links to our pages. You agree not to:

• Misuse — attempt to disrupt the site, gain unauthorised access to it or to any account, or bypass its security.
• Automated abuse — use bots or scripts to submit forms, scrape personal information or place an unreasonable load on the service.
• Harmful content — send material that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing or contains malicious code.
• Impersonation — give false details or pretend to be another person or organisation when using a form.

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, logos, graphics and design on this site belong to CEMB and the University of the Punjab, or are used with permission. The CEMB and University names and logos may not be used without written permission.

You may share a link to a page or quote short extracts with clear credit to CEMB for non-commercial, educational or news purposes. Any other copying or reuse needs our prior written permission. Research papers, patents and third-party material remain the property of their respective owners.

Information you submit through the site must be accurate and complete. A Guest House booking request, an enquiry or a subscription is a request only. A room is reserved only when the Guest House team confirms it to you, and the Guest House’s own terms and conditions then apply.

The site links to other websites and embeds services such as YouTube videos and social media posts. They are operated by others, and CEMB does not control or endorse their content. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful components, and the information on it is not professional, medical or legal advice. Diagnostic and research services are provided under their own terms.

To the extent permitted by law, CEMB and the University of the Punjab are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or from reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and the courts of Lahore have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
